Paper's new single "Turn Your Radio Off" lies somewhere between prog-rock and pop, while maintaining an interesting edge. A Rhodes piano lays it on thick in the beginning while Marsh gushes about a rebellious teen and their affinity for blasting the stereo in their bedroom.

"'Turn Your Radio Off' was written out of pure inspiration from listening to way too much of Genesis' Abacab. It's a likely story of childhood rebellion: Listening to music too loud, etc., and not caring what your parents demand of you. Hence the battle of words: "Turn It Up Again!" "Turn Your Radio Off!"
Marsh's choruses act like a forgotten hook in the Cars' songbook, complete with bubbling keyboard lines, doubled guitar riffs and a phased-over vocal melody. It's some seriously catchy stuff.
