Oberhofer: David Letterman's Jacket and Strange Sounds on Their Album (VIDEO)

Brooklyn, New York rockers Oberhofer did their utmost to make sure they got noticed, too. Band leader Brad Oberhofer was running around the Square, yowling and heaving himself through his set.
Performing on the same stage as Of Montreal and the Flaming Lips hasn't been the only surreal adventure in the band's recent history. They had a strange David Letterman encounter, too.
"David Letterman handed me his jacket," Oberhofer tells Spinner in a video interview, "And this woman looked at me and she was like, 'Dave handed this kid his jacket' and she took it from me."
