Robert Plant Married to Patty Griffin? Singer Says He 'Eloped' to Texas

The former Led Zeppelin frontman and the singer-songwriter, who also happens to be a member of Plant's Band of Joy, were spotted last fall wearing what looked to be wedding rings. The singer hadn't commented on the matter, but in a new interview with U.K. newspaper The Independent, Plant remarked, "I eloped and ran off to Texas. So now I spend half my time there and half here."
The 63-year-old rock legend also said that he and his most-likely bride, who is 48, are living in an "old crack house" in Austin that's infested with termites. "I tap my hand on the table and they fly out the walls in this huge cloud, like something from a Disney film," he said.
If they did get married, this would be Plant's second marriage after he divorced Maureen Wilson, the mother of his three children, in 1983. Robert Plant please please please STOP re-doing your excellent songs with these country women...!!! I adored your music and grew up rocking out to all those awesome songs. You can get all the woman you want but I beg of you to stop with the butchering of your great music from back in the day...

I only came here to say what a rag this "spinner.com" has been. More bogus non-stories and exagerated 'shocking' headlines about obscure local bands than any legitimate news source I am aware of (with the exception of The Onion). Are you all in elementary school or what?

I'll see Robert Plant for the second time live-in-concert does Led-Zeppelin songs if he doesn't do Led-Zeppelin songs I won't be at his concert.
