The Black Lips Protest Chick-Fil-A by Making Out

Chick-Fil-A has been getting a lot of publicity lately -- and it hasn't been positive. To protest the restaurant's stance of gay marriage, members of Atlanta-based rock group the Black Lips staged a very public make out session.
After the company's COO Dan Cathy implied that he was against gay marriage, the flood gates have open. The mayors of Boston and San Francisco have issued defiant statements toward the Chick-Fil-A, while celebrities and musicians slam the fried food eatery online.
Which brings us to Cole Alexander and Jared Swilley of the Black Lips, lip-locked with chicken sandwiches in hand in front of a Chick-fil-A. The notorious rockers announced their intentions earlier today when Alexander tweeted "Black lips headed to chick fil a! Can't decide what's gonna taste better, A chicken sandwich, or Jared's tongue shoved down my throat."
A number of LGBT couples have been posting photos of themselves kissing in front of Chick-Fil-A today. Are you participating in the protest?

If companies are people and people vote with dollars then the destination of the restaurant’s donations are open for public debate. It very well should be an issue as to where peoples’ hard-earned money goes after the chicken goes down their gullet. This issue has made our little feathered friend the modern martyr as Chick-fil-A laughs all the way to the bank.
