Blake Fielder-Civil, Amy Winehouse's Ex, in Coma Following Binge

Blake Fielder-Civil, Amy Winehouse's infamous ex-husband, is in a coma after ingesting heroin and alcohol, The Sun reports. The 30-year-old longtime addict was reportedly found choking on his vomit while lying in bed.

"The doctors say they don't know the prognosis. They said they put him in a coma to help him and due to infection," Sarah Aspin, his girlfriend and mother of their 15-month-old son, told the paper. "I'm praying he'll survive, but I'm having to prepare myself that he may never wake up."

Fielder-Civil, who admitted to introducing Winehouse to crack and heroin, is said to have gone out drinking with a friend after meeting with probation officers before Aspin found him. Aspin, who met Blake in rehab, revealed he swallowed his tongue and suffered multiple organ failure, and the friend fled from the house when she called for help.

"I am devastated, just devastated, at what has happened," she said. "I just want to cry all the time - but I have to be strong for our son Jack."

Mitch Winehouse, Amy's father, urged fans to pray for him, saying "Remember Amy loved him." Amy died July 23, 2011 in London due to excessive alcohol intake.
