Calvin Harris Wins VMAs' First EDM Award for 'Feel So Close' Video

Calvin Harris just won the MTV VMA first-ever EDM award for his "Feel So Close" video. He's also DJing the event at Los Angeles' Staples Center, so let's hope that the moonman statue isn't his only form of payment.

His competition? Duck Sauce, "Big Bad Wolf"; Skrillex, "First of the Year (Equinox)"; Martin Solveig, "The Night Out"; Avicii, "Le7els."

So, there you have it. EDM is huge, but still only pre-telecast worthy at the MTV Video Music Awards. Still, congrats to Calvin on the award and the big gig.
