"These are the same people that tried to pin the name Judas on me. Judas, the most hated name in human history! If you think you've been called a bad name, try to work your way out from under that. Yeah, and for what? For playing an electric guitar? As if that is in some kind of way equitable to betraying our Lord and delivering him up to be crucified. All those evil motherfuckers can rot in hell."
Now just imagine him saying that in his gravelly voice. Awesome, right?

September 13 2012 at 7:33 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down Replyhe's a great artist and most artists live and think outside the box.. leave him alone and let him do his art in peace!
September 13 2012 at 6:01 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down Replywell i cant imagine it because he was born jewish so he would not refer to jesus as "our father" nor would he believe in hell - although if he did, then he would be a judas (traitor)
September 12 2012 at 9:43 PM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyDylan became a believe in Jesus the Messiah back in the 70's.
September 13 2012 at 6:53 AM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyNot true at all. He composed many albums of Catholic faith, in fact, it was called his Christian music period.
September 13 2012 at 9:23 AM Report abuse Permalink rate up rate down ReplyPlease Mr. Dylan, christians do not tell others to rot in hell.
That being said, I am in awe of your poetry. (Lyrics)
