Elvis Presley's Beverly Hills House Up for Sale

Want to live like The King? You just might be able to.

A few months after Elvis Presley's soiled underwear were auctioned off, the Beverly Hills home where Elvis and his wife, Priscilla, once lived is up for sale.

The house hit the market Wednesday for $12.9 million, according to Trulia, a real estate website operator. The listing states that the four bedroom, five bathroom French Regency estate sits on a 1.18 acre promontory with views of Los Angeles and the ocean.

The Associated Press reports that that house was built in 1958, and the 5,367 square-foot estate was formerly available to lease for $25,000 a month.

The property has changed since Elvis bought it in 1967. The listing says the gated, remodeled home has a new kitchen and laundry room, and the pool and spa have been resurfaced.

The house listing also boasts a formal living room with a fireplace, a media room, office and a private master suite with a large bathroom. It has floor-to-ceiling windows and walls of glass in every room.

Aside from the main home, the property includes an attached guesthouse with bath, large motor court, and four-car carport.
