1) The suicide of Kurt Cobain, where he apparently shot himself in the head with a shotgun. Books and documentaries have been made about the Nirvana lead singer's death and there are many who believe his passing was no accident.
2) The drowning death of Jeff Buckley. Buckley went swimming, apparently while wearing all of his clothing, and accidentally drowned. There were no signs of drugs or alcohol in his system at the time.
3) The death of Elliott Smith.
