Haim 'Red Bull Soundstage Documentary' -- Video Premiere

Haim, a Los Angeles quartet who recently released their first EP, are premiering a brief documentary about their musical background and family life. The three sisters of the Haim family, Este, Danielle and Alana, were raised playing instruments with their musician parents and eventually struck out on their own. Joined by one male member, Dash Hutton, the group is all grown up and making some engrossing tunes.

"I think my first memory is always playing music with my parents and my family. Now looking back on it watching videos, it was a pretty magical thing how we all came together," Alana says in the clip.

This brief documentary gives a closer look into the lives of the family and their forays into the musical culture of Los Angeles. Between degrees from UCLA in music and touring experience with Jenny Lewis, the girls bring an exceptional mix of experience and education to their debut EP Forever.
