Certified madman Ted Nugent wasn't happy about it, saying things like "I cry tears of blood for The Last Best Place & the warriors who died for this tragedy" and "What subhuman varmint believes others must pay for their obesity booze cellphones birthcontrol abortions & lives."
Most artists who don't enjoy casual frolics in elk intestines were far more pleased with the outcome, however.
