Ted Leo Headlining Bradley Manning Wikileaks Benefit Concert

According to Punknews, the show will take place at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church with proceeds going to the Bradley Manning Support Network which helps fund the Manning's legal defense while raising awareness.

Manning, 24, has spent over 900 days in prison already and his trial is still in the early motions stage. He could face life in prison for leaking an estimated 500,000 documents. According to ABC News, Manning offer to plead guilty earlier this month to some of the 34 charges against him if the military will "amend or strike" some of those charges. He's been held since May 2010 and his trial isn't scheduled to start until February 2013.
Other performers on the bill entitled Ted Leo: A Benefit For Bradley Manning include Laughing Man, Southern Problems and Jail Solidarity. According to a listing for the benefit tickets are $10 for the all-ages show.
Leo is currently playing some solo shows. His last studio album with his backing band The Pharmacists was 2010's The Brutalist Bricks.
