Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, 'Fiya Wata & Man On Fire (Live)' -- Video Premiere

In the three years since Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros hit it big with "Home," the ensemble has returned to their organic beginnings. While the energy of their breakout song had people everywhere whistling merrily, the band truly shines in more stripped-down performances.

On stage, frontman Alex Ebert and and the rest of the Magnetic Zeros are a no-frills group. Known to have multiple members perform barefoot, the band plays with the kind of ease of rockers who just rolled out of bed and sound incredible, nonetheless.

Recently, the group recorded songs for a PBR Session at the Do317 Lounge. Their performances of "Fiya Water" and "Man on Fire" -- both off their sophomore album, Here -- showcase the ability to produce a full sound without relying on the magic of modern recording technology.
