In His Words: "This song was the last one written for the new album. I had been listening to a bunch of old '60s garage compilations and went into the studio one night wanting to write something that really felt like one of those songs – all rattle and shake and blown out guitars. I’d had the lyrics for a while. They were all written in Chicago (hence the 'out on the boulevards' line), and it’s about just stopping all the nervous apprehension and just living and being present. The “Fortune Teller” idea came from thinking about how silly so many of your worries and concerns would seem if someone else was reading your thoughts." -- Jeff Walls, Vocalists/Instrumentalist
