Ben Folds Five Encounter Fraggle Rock Characters in 'Do it Anyway' (VIDEO)

In the latest installment of "Band in a Box" from our friends at Aux TV, Ben Folds Five explain their video for "Do it Anyway."

The video features the band and comedian Rob Corddry running afoul of various characters from Jim Henson's Muppet-tastic '80s universe Fraggle Rock who suddenly appear in BF5's recording studio.

Via the unique video-within-a-video format of Band in a Box, the band's titular head Ben Folds and bassist Robert Sledge explain the differences between stalagmites and stalactite before listing off some of their favorite musical performances connected to the Muppets. They're also quite happy about it.

"God, if you're in a room with Fraggles you're just happy," says Sledge. "It's like eating a happy pill."

"They make you so comfortable," adds Folds

All isn't perfect, though. Partway through the video Sledge accidentally bumps into Fraggle character Red while rocking too hard and Folds is left to deal with the aftermath.

"I had to talk her off the edge," he says.

He must have said something right, because the Fraggles interacting with Ben Folds Five wasn't an accident.

"Apparently this is the first human contact Fraggles had," says Folds. "So this is a huge honor for us."
