Video: One Type of Dark
Highlight: "The film clip is based on an idea of moving into your subconscious," Ginger and the Ghost tells Spinner. "Moving from one scene through the curtains into another made the transition seem dreamlike. The mood, colors and time of day were an expression of the calm state of dreaming. The projections had visuals that reflect the ‘One Type of Dark’ song. Clouds, galaxies, and falling glittery rain were projected on spaces and objects like the window pane and curtains which we thought created a cool transition from reality into imagination. The song is about a childlike vision, so we simplified that and made it into another adventure."
