Gotye, Grammys 2013: Singer Wins Best Alternative Music Album, Best Pop Duo/Group Performance

The album became a surprise hit, mainly on the strength of "Somebody," the video of which featured Gotye and Kimbra singing in the nude.
The Belgian-Australian artist beat out M83, Fiona Apple, Tom Waits and Bjork in the album category, as well as fun., Florence and the Machine, LMFAO and Maroon 5 and Wiz Khalifa for the Pop song statue.
