"The song comes from a statement made by Frank Sinatra in 1958 on his thoughts of rock 'n' roll. Frank stated that 'it is sung, played and written for the most part by cretinous goons ...'" frontman Nick Brown tells Spinner.
The track kicks off with a unique guitar tone that morphs into a screaming chorus: Think the Clash, if the U.K. band had grown up in the Ohio River Valley, combined with a whole lot of Midwest angst.
