1. Spin magazine named 'New Wave' the Best New Album of 2007.
2. Frontman Tom Gabel started Against Me! as a solo vocal and guitar act when he was just 16-years-old.
3.Ben Lee created a 'New Wave' tribute album and released it on his website, in addition to performing several Against Me! covers while on tour in 2007.
4. In May 2008, Rolling Stone named Against Me! the Best Punk Band on their list of the 125-Plus People, Places and Things Ruling the Rock 'N' Roll Universe.
5. Due to a mastering error, Against Me! released only 150 copies of their self-titled vinyl 12" EP in 2000.
