Alternative metallers Deftones honored dead rapper Chris "Mac Daddy" Kelly of Kris Kross last night by performing the kid-friendly group's 1992 hit "Jump" at the Pageant in St. Louis, Missouri.
Kelly had died earlier in the day at an Atlanta hospital.

Chicago blues guitarist Jimmy "Fast Fingers" Dawkins has died at 76, the Chicago Sun-Times reports. The sad news came from Dawkins' family today (April 10), but the cause of his passing has not yet been disclosed.
