Nothing says "fresh start" like a makeover. And with the year that the embattled singer had in 2007, no one -- save for Britney Spears, of course -- needs one like Amy Winehouse.

Fresh off a Caribbean vacation, the 'Back to Black' singer was spotted back in London sporting a white-hot new 'do, reminiscent of the retro rockabilly lady tattoos she sports on her arms. But don't let the blond hair throw you -- she's still rocking her signature cat-eye makeup.

In celebration of her transformation, here's a look at some of music's most notorious follicular schizophrenics.

Joining the legendary likes of Oprah, Ellen and Tyra, Lily Allen is set to host her own TV show on English television. The as-yet-untitled show, which will tentatively debut on the BBC in early 2008, will feature an audience completely culled from Allen's MySpace friends list.

"I'm so excited," Allen said. "It's something I intend to have lots of fun with and I have some great ideas."

Select "friends" will have the opportunity to introduce segments of the show, and the British singer will host a slew of celebrity guests. Unsigned bands chosen by audience members will offer musical performances. The unsigned artists will then be tracked by an online network specifically created for the show.
