An escapee of a small suburban hockey town, Anne has gone on to write for AUX, CHARTattack, NME and BITE, and can also be seen writing the occasional fashion piece. (She's still unsure how the last one happened.) Thanks to her family, she became a music snob quite young, and continues to blame her uncle's jukebox for a lifetime spent over-romanticizing past decades.
