While they were in town for the CMJ Music Marathon, indie supergroup JJAMZ stopped by Spinner for a special live-streaming performance on The Interface. The set, (which streamed Friday, Oct. 19) is now available in full.
Featuring Z Berg (the Like), Jason Boesel (Rilo Kiley, Bright Eyes), James Valentine (Maroon 5), Alex Greenwald (Phantom Planet) and Michael Runion, the quintet performed four songs from its debut album Suicide Pact live from our New York studios.
"My favorite couplet on the record [is] the second verse of 'LAX.' I really like it lyrically. I just think it's weird -- self-harm and getting married, like a self-initiated marriage at Disneyland. I just like the imagery." -- Michael Runion
