The back cover of Young's 1970 album After the Gold Rush features a close-up on his ass. Or, more specifically, the intricate hippie patchwork patches that were sewn into the behind of his jeans.
Neil also had a pair of jeans with a Toronto Maple Leafs hockey club crest sewn into them, which he wore during his 1989 appearance on Saturday Night Live.
