Clay Aiken, "Invisible"

Perhaps in an attempt to one-up Lionel Richie, Clay Aiken released 2003's "Invisible" in which he portrays a glorified voyeur. Listing the activities he'd engage in if invisible ("I would watch you in your room"), he set a new bar for adult-contemporary stalker anthems. Of course, he wasn't following an art student around a post-secondary campus, but lines like "I could make you mine tonight" put Little Peggy March to shame.
