Beverly Hills 90210 Peach Pit Appearance

In March of 1995, an unsuspecting world full of normies was given their first mainstream dose of the Lips when the band performed at the hip hangout for the Beverly Hills 90210 gang, the Peach Pit.
The band was introduced by Tiffany Thiessen's character Valerie as "the cool, the crazy, the fabulous Flaming Lips" before they played their then-hit "She Don't Use Jelly." Meanwhile, David tried to find Donna, who was apparently having an emo because he did something mean. And Steve Sanders squinted and nodded as if he, like, totally got the band. (He did not.)
