1976: Back then, Jett was still a part of the the iconic all-girl group the Runaways, which have seen renewed popularity thanks to a recent biopic.
2012: Honestly, it looks like only a few years have passed between these pictures (18 years old on the left, 53 on the right). Jett was nominated for induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year, but ultimately didn't get in. Here's to next year.
