New Order will always be known for 'Blue Monday' and being the guys from Joy Division who didn’t kill themselves, but their dance-rock was always something more than that. Texan electro act Neon Indian look like they’re going to have substance, as well. After all, it’s not every chillwave band who gets to do a record with the Flaming Lips.
