Granted, this song is really more about the clingy and unreliable romantic interest on the other end of the line than it is about the telephone itself, but Gaga also spends a fair amount of her time detailing just how inconvenient a phone can be at a party. For example, she can't get any service at the club, nor can she text with a drink in her hand.
