The "1234" singer can count on some of the best, and most diverse, friends in the business. Not only did she appear in last fall's Muppets movie, a natural follow-up to her Sesame Street appearance from a few years back, but the onetime Broken Social Scenester also released a split-single with hard rockers Mastodon, work closely with contemporary artist Shary Boyle, appeared on Stephen Colbert’s Christmas special and collaborated with everyone from Grizzly Bear, Wilco and Ben Gibbard to Kings of Convenience and her former roommate Peaches.
