Kenny G and Louis Armstrong
In 2004, Kenny G made the controversial choice to overdub his saxophone stylings on Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World." Jazz guitar great Pat Metheny absolutely shredded Kenny's recording in an eloquent essay, which included this description of Kenny's performance: "Lame-ass, jive, pseudo bluesy, out-of-tune, noodling, wimped-out, f---ed-up playing."
