Celine Dion's 2007 "American Idol" duet with Elvis Presley used footage from the King's famed "'68 Comeback Special." Dion reportedly recorded her part while a body double mimicked Elvis' moves for this rendition of "If I Can Dream," and then rotoscoping allowed the classic footage to be inserted into the "Idol" broadcast.
