LCD Soundsystem's James Murphy will be working with the band in some capacity. Last year Murphy downplayed his involvement after initial reports had him as the album's chief producer. But the band's manager Scott Rodger revealed Murphy was working with the band on some material.
"They're in with James Murphy on three or so songs, plus Markus Dravs who is a long-time collaborator," Rodger told Music Week. Rodger also added the band had 35 songs and "two album's-worth" of material to work with.
