Neon Trees' flirtation with Mormonism isn't just a fad. The four-piece grew up in the LDS tradition and formed their band in Provo, Utah. But their music (and style of dress) definitely doesn't give them away as followers of Joseph Smith. "It's something that everyone is living on an individual basis," bassist Branden Campbell told the Pittsburgh City Paper. "We're not a church rock group." Guitarist Chris Allen has since left the faith.
