Arcade Fire's Win and Will Butler

Win and Will Butler of Grammy-winning rockers Arcade Fire were raised in the church, but they don't have as close an association with it now. "I had a somewhat religious upbringing," Win, the group's singer, said in an interview. "Not strict, but it was there and I'm kind of thankful for that. If you grow up just watching MTV, that's its own form of religion and it's not even based on happiness or communal responsibility. I mean, try to construct a worldview out of that." He also revealed that he's no longer practicing.
