Since reggae legend Bob Marley's death in 1981, the singer's window and children have never really agreed with his half brother Richard Booker's use of his name and likeness. Things came to a head last year when Rita Marley and her nine children with Bob filed a lawsuit against Booker in an attempt to stop him from using Marley's name, image and lyrics to promote music festivals and related businesses in Miami and Jamaica.
