The brothers Gallagher are almost as famous for their notorious verbal and physical rows as they are for their music as Oasis. After 18 years of swearing, fistfights, guitar breaking, guitar fights and threats, Noel finally had enough. On August 28, 2009, he posted a message on the band's website saying "with some sadness and great relief... I quit Oasis tonight. People will write and say what they like, but I simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer."
Noel then took things to court, suing his baby brother for libel. Despite their mother's pleas, they're still feuding.
