What is he? Star Elf.

This one was kind of difficult to figure out. Too big to be a fairy, we began sifting through elvish research materials until we came across the description of Star Elf from Elftown.com:

"They left this planet for an extraplanar realm with the mysterious yet typically elven name Sildëyuir. Oh, and they aren't in anyway related to Vulcans."

David Bowie might also be one.
