Known for his ukulele playing and falsetto vocals, Tim, 66, was playing his signature song at a benefit for the Women's Club of Minneapolis in 1996 when he cut the performance short, told his wife he wasn't well and collapsed. His wife, Susan Khuary, told the Daily Telegraph, "He died singing 'Tiptoe Through the Tulips,' and the last thing he heard was the audience applause, and the last thing he saw was me."
