Worst: Bebe Buell

Liv Tyler seems like a perfectly lovely and well-adjusted woman, so there's a high probability that her mom, Bebe Buell, did a perfectly good job of raising her. But the model, singer and partial inspiration for Penny Lane in Almost Famous did let a young Liv believe that rocker Todd Rundgren was her biological father for the first eight years of her life (Buell only admitted that Aerosmith's Steven Tyler was Liv's father after the girl met him and started asking questions) and that's got to confuse a kid just a little bit.
