M.I.A. Speaks Out for Tamil People

M.I.A.'s career has been chock full of controversy and has been since her birth as an artist. From the very beginning M.I.A. chose to use her musician status as a platform to speak out against the discrimination of the Tamil minority in Sri Lanka. She has received death threats and hate mail for her political stance but has continued to stay strong in her support of the Tamil people. Now, if only she could stop pulling stunts that undermine her credibility.
