The late Isaac Hayes' best-known link to Scientology came from a South Park episode. Hayes was the voice of Chef in the series but left in 2006 after the creators mocked the religion in a Tom Cruise-related 2005 episode called "Trapped In The Closet." The singer also created an album with fellow musician Doug E. Fresh inspired by Scientology called The Joy of Creating -- The Golden Era Musicians and Friends Play L. Ron Hubbard. Yes, really.
