Though credited to "Tony Sheridan and the Beat Brothers," it was indeed the Beatles (sans Ringo, who wouldn't replace Pete Best for a few more months) who played back-up on this single recorded during their Hamburg sojourn. Legend has it that the U.K. release caught record store owner Brian Epstein's attention and the rest is, well, history.
