After Axl allowed Activision to use "Welcome to the Jungle" in "Guitar Hero III," he was furious to find that Slash was a featured character in the game. In a lawsuit filed three years after the game came out, Rose accused the company of "spinning a web of lies and deception" and demanded $20 million. A jury trial is pending.
