Being Called by His Birth Name (and Irving Azoff)

Former Guns manager Irving Azoff once referred to Axl by his birth name, William Bailey, in a lawsuit. Rose countersued, claiming that the name -- which comes from Axl's allegedly abusive stepfather, Stephen Bailey -- "carries significant emotional damage from Rose's childhood." In this instance, we're on Axl's side. That's effed up.
