On this day in history the world learned that White Stripes leader Jack White wasn't just a happy-go-lucky dude dressed like a candy-can. White icky thumped Von Bondies frontman Jason Stollsteimer in a Detroit nightclub during an argument, leaving the later a bruised, beaten up mess.
White would plead guilty to assault and battery for turning Stollsteimer into rag and bone. He had to pay a $750 fine and take anger management classes.
