August 20, 2003: Nightclub Operators Fined in Great White Fire Deaths

Occupational Safety and Health Administration in Rhode Island fined the operators of The Station nightclub $85,000 for their part in hair metal band Great White's pyro-gone-horribly-wrong accident that resulted in the club burning down and 100 burning deaths.
Great White were fined $7,000 for failing to protect employees from fire hazards.
