Long-suffering secretaries and haters of the rat race took great joy in the working-women-fight-back comedy 9 to 5. Starring country singer Dolly Parton, Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin, the movie ended up being a breakout hit for Parton. The theme song "9 to 5" hit number one on the Billboard chart and earned Parton an Academy Award and two of the four Grammys it was nominated for.
