June 18, 1996: Beck Releases 'Odelay' Album

Slacker hero Beck's released his fifth album Odelay and definitively proved he was more than just that guy who did "Loser." "Devil's Haircut," "The New Pollution" and "Where it's At" were all both alternative club and mainstream hits. Pitchfork would rank it as the #19 best album of the 1990s.
