The King of Pop, Michael Jackson, was found dead at his home in Los Angeles at age 50, the result of an overdose of sedative propofol from his personal doctor Conrad Murray. An autopsy revealed Jackson also had trace amounts of lorazepam, midazolam, diazepam, lidocaine and ephedrine in his system. Immediately after Jackson's death HMV said they experienced an "eightyfold" increase in demand for his music, and Amazon sold out of their entire Jackson stock within minutes.
